The game may work ok with other cams that can provide 120 FPS but with this cam being so widely and cheaply available on ebay, and works particularly well with FaceTrackNoIR, I would thoroughly recommend it.

Download the latest version of Facetrack NOIR which is free at Choose full installer of v170.

With it you get accella v4 (FTNOIR has 2) which is noticeably smoother.
